Asking For Treble is an acapella group in Moordale Secondary School that often performs in assemblies. They often perform with the Moordale Swingers, a swing band.

History[]

In episode 2, the acapella group perform the song "Since You've Been Gone" by Rainbow at assembly.

In episode 4, the acapella group sings background vocals when Jackson sings "Love Really Hurts Without You" by Billy Ocean to Maeve.

In episode 2.1, during their performance singing "We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off" by Jermaine Stewart, Gwen and Martha bully Fiona and blame her for the chlamydia outbreak. Maxine Tarrington, who is in the audience, calls their performance a "sh*t show." At the end of the episode, they perform "Everywhere" by Fleetwood Mac.

In episode 3.2, Hope Haddon watches one of their rehearsals with Swing Band, where they sing "F*ck the Pain Away" by Peaches. Afterwards, she requests that Colin Hendricks pick a more appropriate song for the band to perform.

In episode 3.5, members of the acapella group sang along to "Pump Up the Jam" by Technotronic while on the coach back to Moordale.

Despite Hope's opposition, the acapella group performed "F*ck the Pain Away" during the open day in episode 3.7 and it is presented as the new school anthem.
