Olivia Hanan & Malek Amir is a romantic relationship on the Netflix series Sex Education. It started sometime during season 2.

Season 2[]
We do not know exactly how the two of them met. During season 2, they were already a couple and were having sex, until Olivia finds out that Malek is under age, and having sex with him is perceived as a crime.
Season 3[]
Between seasons 2 and 3, they got back together: we can see them having sex in the first scene of third season. In same season Malek makes Olivia to have sex without any contraception, because of what Olivia worries about getting pregnant during sex, could not enjoy it.
In episode 3.4, after The Untouchables visited the clinique on Mayfield Road, Olivia understood that she doesn't have to agree to have sex without birth control. After she leaves doctor's cabinet, she calls Malek a dickhead, but after a while she says that she's not going to break up with him because she loves him anyway.
Timeline[]
- Episode 2.3 - Olivia's pillow fetish, her unwill to Malek seeing her when she comes.
- Episode 2.7 - it turned out that Malek is fifteen and having sex with him is a crime. The two broke up.
- Between seasons 2 & 3 - the two made up, in episode 3.1, we can see them having sex.
