Old lady was one of minor characters in Sex Education. She was portrayed by Ann Queensberry.

She appears in episode 8, where she's seen shopping in Browns Village Stores. Standing in the line to cash register, she was annoyed by Otis, who was blocking the line trying to apologize to Ola, what was taking him so long. After a while, lady starts to call Otis and Ola names, after what outraged client leaves the store.
