Maeve Wiley & Jackson Marchetti is a romantic relationship on the Netflix series Sex Education. It started and ended in season 1.
History[]
Season 1[]
At the begining of season 1, Maeve and Jackson were having casual sex. Jackson wanted to go on an date with her, but Maeve were keep pushing him away. During one time they were having sex, Maeve got pregnant, which later she got aborted. In episode 4, Jackson asks Otis to tell him things that Maeve likes, so he can get closer to her. In next episode, in the school canteen he sings a song for Maeve in front of the whole school, then asking her whether she'll be his girlfriend. Finally, Jackson decides to introduce Maeve to her parents, but during dinner, she leaves Marchetti House, which makes Jackson mad. After a while they make up and then go on the school dance together, during what Jackson notices that Maeve has feelings for Otis. After dance, Maeve breaks up with Jackson.
Season 2[]
In episode 2.1, Jackson tells Otis to say hi to Maeve from him. Even though they broke up some time ago, In the second season, Jackson still have feelings for Maeve; when he's learning Romeo's lines about love for the musical, he looks at the photo of him and Maeve.
Season 3[]
They practically never interacted nor mentioned about their relationship again.
