This is a list of Otis' clients, which includes a list of people that Otis' has had sex therapy sessions with. Otis was a sex therapist who hosted therapy sessions at Moordale Secondary School, often in the derelict bathrooms.
After Jean finds out about Otis' sex therapy business in Season 2, he stops giving sex advice.
Season 1[]
Adam Groff[]
Adam was Otis' first "client". Adam was unable to ejaculate during sex and was insecure due to having a large appendage and being the son of the headmaster. Otis tells Adam to own his heritage and embrace the things that he can't change. This advice leads Adam to flash students in the cafeteria and later, he is able to ejaculate during sex. However, Adam's girlfriend, Aimee, breaks up with him anyway, because dating a flasher was bringing down her social status.
Nevertheless, Maeve is surprised that Otis' words helped Adam successfully come. She proposes starting a sex therapy business, which Otis agrees to.
Olivia Hanan[]

Olivia had trouble with a gag reflex. As this is Otis' first session with a paying client, he gets nervous and begins talking about how animals have sex, which disgusts Olivia. She storms about and refuses to pay.
After Aimee's party, Olivia gives Otis a second chance and pays for a therapy session. The two talk during the swimming competition.
Kate and Sam[]

During Aimee's party, Otis encounters Kate and Sam who recently got injured while having sex due to being in the dark. Kate insists on turning the lights off, however Sam wants to keep them on. The two have difficulty communicating, so Otis has them sit back to back and say what they like about each other. Otis also has Kate name 5 things she likes about herself.
At assembly, Sam and Kate pass a note to Otis saying "Thank You" and give him a thumbs up gesture.

Connor visits Otis in Episode 3 after having sex with a warm melon.
Unnamed male student[]
An unnamed male student visits Otis. He doesn't have a problem, but wants other students to see him visiting Otis and think he has had sex before. He sits there and stops Otis when Otis tries to therapise him.
Ruthie and Tanya[]
Ruthie and Tanya have difficulty getting intimate, so Otis recommends that they try in a swimming pool, but they are still unsuccessful. Otis suspects that the problem has to do with their relationship, but Ruthie is adamant that that is not the case.
Ruby Matthews[]
Maeve, Otis' business partner, agrees to help find out who sent out the picture of Ruby despite her dislike for Ruby. She doesn't charge her any money. Maeve and Otis confront several guys, and end up discovering that the culprit is actually Ruby's friend, Olivia Hanan, who wanted to get back Ruby for constantly making mean comments about her.
Aimee Gibbs[]
In Episode 6, Aimee visits Otis because she realised that she doesn't know what she likes during sex, since Steve is the first person to ever ask her what she likes. Otis recommends that she masturbate to find out.
Liam[]
In Episode 7, Liam asks Otis for advice on how to get Lizzie to go to the school dance with him. He has done several gestures, such as sending her a letter, spelling out "I Love You" on her lawn and leaving a cake on her doorstep, however, she has not responded. Liam believes that since Lizzie hasn't explicitly said "no", he should continue making gestures, but Otis tries to convince him that her lack of response already indicates that she is not interested in him.
During the party, Liam gets high on drugs. He climbs on top of a prop and professes his love for Lizzie. However, his love is not reciprocated and Lizzie expresses that she is bothered by Liam's gestures. Liam gets upset and threatens to jump off, but Otis steps in and convinces him not to. Otis tells Liam that love is about dumb luck, not grand gestures. He tells Liam that if he dies, he won't live to meet someone who feels the same way about him. Liam agrees and tries to get down safely, but falls off anyway. Luckily, he survives.
