Season 1[]
In the first season, they did not seem to be romantically interested in each other. They didn't even have mutual scene in the season.
Season 2[]
Between seasons 1 and 2, they started dating. We can see them having sex in episode 2.2, when Colin was not able to please Emily. In same season, he learns dirty talk to finally pleases Emily.
Season 3[]
In the first scene of season 3, they're having sex in Hendricks House. In the fifth episode of same season, during the school trip to France, Colin proposes to Emily, but she rejects his proposal, explaining that she will not marry him because they haven't been dating for even a year. Instead of accepting proposal, she offers him moving in together, which makes Colin happy and satisfied.
Season 4[]
Colin and Emily continue their relationship after the closure of Moordale Secondary. Colin started working at another high school, whereas Emily went back to university and started doing a Master's in literature.
