She's Eric's maternal aunt, who informs her sister, Beatrice, that Emeka, Beatrice's ex-fiancé will be present at the wedding.
Later, during the wedding, she tells Eric the story of his mother and Emeka's love; that their mother was heartbroken when Beatrice didn't marry Emeka and chose Abeo over him.
After a small talk with Eric, she notices they barely gave her any stew, which makes her angry.
